Former Lucky Strike Entertainment president Brett Parker has joined Legends and its recently acquired venue-management service, ASM Global, as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
In his new role, Parker will oversee all financial operations for the hospitality giant, while serving to develop company strategy.
“Brett joins us at a time of great growth and opportunity as we complete the integration of Legends and ASM Global,” Dan Levy, CEO of Legends/ASM Global, said in an email. “His passion and experience scaling businesses and fostering growth will be essential as we continue to expand our global presence.”
Parker joins Legends after putting in 24 years at Lucky Strike, where he transformed the business from a standalone bowling alley into a publicly traded company with hundreds of locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. During his tenure, he oversaw billions of dollars in financial transactions.
Parker left Lucky Strike in February. A graduate of Cornell University’s Dyson School of Management, Parker also served as chairman of the Professional Bowlers Association.
Legends’ prior COO, Mike Tomon, left to become team president of the Houston Texans in January.
Legends was founded in 2008 by Yankees Global Enterprises and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones as a concessions operator and has since grown to offer a suite of marketing services, operational consulting and experiential hospitality services. Among the 300 venues managed by ASM Global are NRG Stadium in Houston and London’s OVO Arena Wembley.
